Refund policy

At Himaira, your happiness is our topmost priority! We strive to delight you with our products and make you feel truly special. We understand that skincare is a personal purchase, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Returns

Eligibility: 

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in a sealed condition. Fragrances and Gift Sets are not eligible for return.

  • The return must be initiated within 2 days from the date of delivery.

  • Please contact our Customer Support Team at info@himaira.com to request a return. Include your order number, the reason for the return, and the image of your package.

  • Our Customer Support Team will guide you through the return process, providing you with instructions on the reverse pickup.

Return Shipping:

We charge a minimal return shipping fee of ₹ 99 which has to be borne by the customer, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

Exchanges:
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you need a different product, please follow the return process and place a new order.

Please note that we cannot offer returns, exchanges or refunds on sale items, opened, or used products. Himaira is not liable for any damage post-delivery of the product.

We request you to make an opening video while opening your package. You’ll never want to return a Himaira product except in an unfortunate event that the product you’ve received is damaged/wrong. Without an opening video and appropriate images, the complaint shall not be addressed.

  • Complaint shall be raised within 48 hours post-delivery.

  • Simply contact us via email info@himaira.com in with your order number and attach the opening video, a photo of the invoice & product to be returned with visible damage/manufacturing defect/ wrong item.

  • We will respond to your email within 1-2 business days and arrange a resolution for the same. We will provide instructions for the return process.

Refunds

In case of Return of an unused product
Once we receive your return and we inspect the item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed in form of store credits which can be used on our website for any other purchase within 4-5 business days.

In case of damaged/defective/ wrong product
A replacement will be arranged at no additional cost. Please note that replacement will depend upon the stock availability. In case of no stock, a refund for the product’s value will be issued.

In case of undelivered package (RTO)
The delivery partner attempts the delivery of your package three times before returning it back to our warehouse. In case of RTO, the refund will be made in form of a coupon of the product's value which can be redeemed on our website.
